With all the news we have been hearing and reading about the global recession, this is the time a person have this dilemma on how to spend available cash on hand.  It is not wise to always “save for the rainy days” and definitely not wise to spend it all.  A real entrepreneur or netreprenuer would have a plan on how to spend the 90% of their income generated.
